Set off at the onset of the economic crisis the project Avantgarden3 has been ever since its beginning a model to follow, a model of success, which contradicted the forecasts of the economic analysts and opened a path, currently attended to by almost all real estate developers in the market. UNITARY AND SUSTAINABLE
The first phase of the project ended in 2014 and included 1,670 apartments, built in L and B type blocks, with a height of up to eight storeys, phase II of the project set off in the summer of 2014 comprising 1,200 apartments and the last phase of the project – phase III – will begin in the summer of 2016 and it will consist of 700 residential units – one-rooms, two-room, three-room apartments.
